Fermenter is a PLANT BASED VEGAN restaurant in the Buckman Neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. We pride ourselves in making delicious and healthy meals made with organic and local produce, legumes, nuts, seeds, and grains. We utilize traditional craft fermentation techniques to make our own tempeh, koji, miso, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, and vegan cheeses.
